1. Shipping Policy

1.1 UK Deliveries

We dispatch orders within 14 days of receiving payment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.

1.2 International Deliveries

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of receiving payment, with delivery times varying by destination.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination.

Important: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges levied by the destination country.

1.3 Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package enters the destination country.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 UK Returns - Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery by email
  • Return goods within 14 days of notification, unused and in original packaging
  • We will refund the product price (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the return

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless goods are faulty or incorrect.

2.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Arrange collection at no cost to you
  • Provide a full refund including original delivery costs, or
  • Send a replacement item free of charge

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

2.3 International Returns

International customers may return items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning to obtain a returns authorisation number.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed once goods are received and inspected.

2.4 Business/Trade Customers

Business customers purchasing for resale may not have the same cancellation rights as consumers.

Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss commercial return arrangements.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

Please allow 5-10 working days for funds to appear in your account.

For international returns, refunds will be issued in GBP. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the amount received.

4. Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If items arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and packaging.

We will arrange replacement or refund promptly.
