How long does it take to create a custom ribbon display?
Our typical turnaround time is 14 days from order confirmation. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee - please enquire when you contact us.
Can you help me identify which ribbons I'm entitled to?
Absolutely! If you provide us with service details (dates, deployments, commendations), our team can help identify the appropriate ribbons. We have extensive knowledge of all of the official medals and ribbons included in our library.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we'll need to know: the number of ribbons you'd like displayed, your preferred frame style and size, any special mounting or engraving requirements, and your delivery location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! While we're based in the UK, we're proud to serve veterans and service personnel globally. International shipping costs will be calculated based on destination and display size.
How does the design process work?
Simply select your ribbons and our skilled artists will design the display for you. We take care of the arrangement and presentation, ensuring your service is honoured beautifully.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. Changes can usually be accommodated before production begins. Once your display is in production, some changes may incur additional charges.
What types of ribbons do you work with?
We work with official ribbons from all forms of public service including military (Army, Navy, Air Force, and Reserve branches), police, fire brigade, ambulance service, coast guard, and civilian honours such as the MBE, OBE, CBE, and Knighthood. All our ribbons are sourced from specialist weavers with a Royal appointment.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, we offer special pricing and dedicated support for larger orders. Whether you need multiple displays for a regiment, station, or memorial, please contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a customised quote.
